Q: What warranty is included with the tank?
A: If any defects or quality issues arise from the product itself, we will provide free repair or replacement. Damage caused by misuse or external factors is not covered, and repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Q: How can the tank be refueled?
A: The tank can be refueled using two methods: tanker truck refueling or manual refueling with a pump.
Q: How does tanker truck refueling work?
A: A quick-connect unloading valve can be installed at the tank inlet and matched to the tanker truck’s discharge pipe. Fuel is then transferred using the tanker truck’s built-in pumping system.
Q: What if I am not using a tanker truck?
A: If refueling is not done via a tanker truck, you will need to use a fuel transfer pump to fill the tank.
