This rack comes standard with heavy 3 x 3 11 gauge uprights which provide plenty of weight to keep the squat stand steady, a pull-up bar and J-Cups. The Torque High Squat Rack can be easily customized and added on to over time with attachments like spotter arms and battle rope anchors.
This rack comes with 4 holes that allow users to bolt it to the floor for more stability. Bolting is not required but provides an extra level of stability.
